What is EMDR?
EMDR therapy helps the brain process and heal unresolved trauma, anxiety, grief and distressing experiences in a deeper way than traditional talk therapy alone.

Using bilateral stimulation and evidence-based trauma treatment, EMDR supports healing, nervous system regulation, and lasting transformation.
